This Privacy Policy explains how Odentech sp. z o.o., registered at Mariana Cynarskiego, Łódź 92-447, Poland ("Odentech", "we", "us"), collects and processes personal data of visitors to this website and of individuals connected to our business clients, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Contact data you provide directly — name, email address, company, and message content — when you email us or fill in a contact form.
Billing data — invoicing details and payment status, processed on our behalf by our payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically when you browse this site.

3. How we use it

To respond to inquiries and correspond about potential or ongoing engagements.
To prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices, and to process payments via our payment processor (currently Stripe).

Stripe — payment processing and billing.

We retain contact inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the relevant discussion, and billing and accounting records for the period required under Polish tax law (generally 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year).
